The washer works well, has several settings. Very efficient, in the fact that it uses minimal amounts water. Only real Complaint would be the noise factor. It's rather noisy at different positions of the wash cycles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gets clothes clean and is very smart saver efficient. Doesn't take as long to get clothes clean as my former washer.

This washer exceeds all my expectations! The savings in detergent and water alone make it a top product. It is quiet. I appreciate that it has so many versatile settings making it easy to get even the dirtiest clothing clean!

Had to replace the 22 year old washer and dryer. This unit has a easy to use control panel. Does great job as laundry comes out clean and fresh.
Only downside is you have to be sure to load it balancing the wash load or the automatic balance spin will rock the machine if not balanced when loaded.
Has been 3 months and no problems with this washer

Kinda loud, and it does all the thinking so you can't adjust the settings too much yourself. Had a technician come out but he didn't seem be experienced. We've managed to find a way to work with the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
