Easy to operate

Easy to operate. Cleans clothes well. Would recommend using the extra rinse option every time AND read the owners manual and clean the tub once a month!

Spin Cycle Issues

I like the washer but there is major issues with the spin cycle sometimes. I literally have to hold the machine otherwise it will move and shake violently. Many times I pause the cycle to balance items myself. Ive never seen anything like this with previous washers Ive owned

I've had this washer for 4 months now, really happy with it. So many cycles, love all the features from the delay start to the soak cycle...and a warm rinse! It is a little louder than my previous front load but I'm really happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Large capacity washer

I am so happy I bought this product. I had a front loader and over the years (10 to be exact) it started making my clothes not smell so fresh and clean. I always wanted a top loader but front loaders back then were more popular. I'm just glad I went back to a top loader washer. I like the idea that I can add clothes even while in the middle of wash cycle, front loaders you could never do that. Enjoying my clean, fresh smelling clothes in New York!!
