Bought in late July. Sound at start up startled my wife. Tangles clothes more than our last GE washer (agitator). On spin have had to stop the machine to re-distribute load about 20% of the time; and, most of the time the drum wobbles like no machine I have ever seen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this washer three months ago. I am not happy with the lack of fabric softener is dispenses during the wash cycle. The clothes are not soft. The washer becomes off-balance almost every time there are sheets or towels being washed. Yes, I am careful to balance the load when I do load the washer but it doesn't seem to matter. The spin cycle spins the clothes so tight almost all clothes even wrinkle free clothes need ironed. I am not happy with this purchase and will never encourage anyone to buy this washer.

problems with machine

Machine marks laundry if you do not add additional water. I guess this would not save water!The stainless tub has stains at added water level even after the tub is dried after every use and I do not understand this. needless to say I am not happy with a machine that is not 6 months old. I bought this machine because it is made in the USA I hope this was not a mistake
