Great upgrade

This washer has just enough settings and is HE.
Love the capacity it holds. Love that it senses the size of the load and adjusts the water level accordingly. Purchased it approximately 3 months ago and just love it.

We bought it a couple of months ago. It really cuts down on the number of loads and seems very energy and water efficient.

I bought this washer about two months ago after having a front load washer. My clothes always smelled when they came out of that washer no matter how much I cleaned or sanitized it. Could not fit large loads in the machine and the clothes never came out clean. So glad we purchased this top load washer. I love doing my laundry now, something I have never said with my front load washer. Especially love the option for a deep water fill. This makes the difference when washing a heavy soil load of laundry. Would definitely recommend this washer.

I bought this a few months ago and I have had issues with it with some things since the first day. Finding the right setting so it doesn't offset is a headache. Any cotton blanket it washes offsets and have to pause washer and hand move around so it spins out. It refills to try and rebalance load itself and it makes the problem worse. I need to reset machine for each load so it runs right. Biggest complaint is it offsets a lot. The machine cleans well and is very efficient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works and looks so great that it's like having a partner doing your laundry with you. I think even the clothes and linens enjoy getting washed in it.
