nightmare washer

Washer tends to run off balance regardless how clothes put into it, e.g., as clumps per manual. Need to baby sit every wash and usually have to pause to redistribute clothes around the outside. Repaired already once, and had matching drying replaced as well due to failing control panel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

State of the Art!

This machine replaced an old GE that finally gave up the ghost after almost 2 decades. The reliability of the old machine made me stick with GE.
I love the features and the water level sensor. I have been away from washer technology for some time and feel like I have been beamed into the future. You'll love this machine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this machine after having a front loader I was not happy with. Unfortunately, I am not crazy about this top loader either. When I wash sheets especially the items seem to end up in a ball on top of the small agitator and the machine becomes unbalanced. It doesn't matter if it is two sheets or more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

quit spinning after owning for 8 weeks called ge but cancelled app started working finally after 4 times quit working and started working again finally quit altogether called ge sent out tech come to find out motherboard was bad waited another two weeks for replacement and repair working now but for how long
