I bought this washer about 3 months ago, and I am not happy on the performance of this Machine. clothes don't clean as good as my old washer and are really wrinkled we have to wipe our dark clothes off with damp cloth
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Makes laundry fun...almost

I bought this model because of the glass lid. For some reason I'm mesmerized by the spin cycle. The extra bonus of being low water usage was a motivator as well. People told me their clothes didn't get totally wet with this new technology, but that's not been an issue for me. It even cleans the dirty dog towels and blankets wonderfully. Technology nerd that I am, I love the numerous wash customization options. Still getting used to the lid being locked while it's sensing the load...there's always a sock or two that got missed, and standing there waiting is annoying. The only issue I've had since I got it almost two months ago is that it seems very particular about how the clothes are distributed and goes off balance far more often than the old agitator style did. That could just be my learning curve, though.
