Horrible!!!

Worst washer EVER!!! Have had this machine for 5 days...Have done 5 loads. Everything comes out of the washer balled up... Not clean... And, wrinkled after drying... Today tried to wash a blanket that I've washed numerous time in my old washer... When I went to get it out, the machine was 4 feet from the wall and the blanket was still soaking wet. Started it again and shakes violently... And, loud banging sounds from the drum...Will be calling the store tomorrow... Actually afraid of this beast!!!

Only one real drawback for me...

First, you can fit anything in this washer! A king size extra fluffy comforter, no problem. 2 body pillows at once, no problem! The extra deep fill and deep rinse are great, it cleans really well and it's fairly quiet too! The lid stays unlocked during filling, which means I can throw the always forgotten item in before it's too late. Now for the bad, the notification sound is WAY too quiet, even on the loudest setting it's barely audible while IN the room. The worst though is that there's no rinse only cycle. But those 2 inconveniences are really my only complaints!

Bad buy

I bought this about 1 1/2 month ago. I’m not happy with my purchase. Even though there’s a button for deep fill, it never fills enough to cover the clothes. On occasion I have added water to the washer to try to fill it. I don’t feel like my clothes are clean and I sometimes wash them 2-3 times just to feel some cleanliness. I feel I’m stuck with this washer because I can’t return it

I bought this product a month ago and my experience about this product is horrible. It leaves me all dirty clothes. A half of the wash stops and does not work anymore.

This is my second review on the purchase of this washer which I'm very unhappy please see the photo that I added so you could see what happens when the blanket washing turns into a ball and I have to untangle it

GREAT WASHER!

This was a gift from my stepson, and I really love it! It's the quietest washing machine I've ever had. The washing time may take longer than normal, but the drying time is cut in half b/c of the machine making sure to get all of the water out of the clothes during the final spin cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WORST WASHER ON THE PLANET!

I paid a fortune for this washer. I was reluctant because i don't see the advantage of NON AGITATOR washing machines...tried one anyway. This machine has brought me to tears on many occasion, not to mention it has ripped up clothes, sheets and towels. It barely fills any water and the spin cycle is as if a jet airliner landed in my laundry room. Its so bad that when on spin-even the lowest setting, has actually MOVED the washer to a different location and the tub inside actually dented the front of the machine. When washing sheets the other smaller items literally get knotted up and end up enveloped in a fitted sheet like a tire. I use more detergent and stain remover than i would with any other washer as it doesnt clean thoroughly...everything just sits while it moves gently a centimeter back and forth in a tiny amount of water-and i use deep fill too! Nothing works. Its expensive garbage. If i could take a hammer to it then throw it off a cliff on to a GE warehouse, i would. Dont buy this nightmare of a machine. I have images and videos if a customer service rep wants to contact me.
