Electronics not dependable

In 25 years this is our 5th washing machine by GE. They used to last. Now the lg boards in them give out and we are forced into a situation. 4 kids generates a lot of laundry! A new machine in march has not quit on us. I'll be 4 days without this until parts arrive and are installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After reading all the negative reviews, I was hesitant to make this purchase. I am extremely pleased with this washer/ dryer set. Coming from an old school agitator washer, it is different. Mainly water usage though. I have watched it wash my clothes,and although its less water, its the same cleaning effect. The washer is a little noisy but nothing I can live with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wrinkled!

I bought this washer a couple of months ago. It cleans well but it wrinkles all of our clothes. I really do not like it.

We replaced our old washing machine that had a center actuator. This thing holds 3x the amount and is much quieter. The "Sensing" took a little getting used to since our old one just ran when started. We first thought there was something wrong with the machine. Turned out to be a user error and learning curve.
