I was amazed at the amount of water it uses to wash clothes. This machine uses less water and does a great job.

Ive had this washer for a couple months. I originally got another brand but they were having issues and had a recall so the store let me upgrade for the same price.... it's for a vacation rental property but I use it to wash the linens and towels etc. Its been a very nice so far.... thought it might have too many bells and whistles for a rental but it is pretty easy to operate... very happy so far!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This washer replaced a 14 year old machine. It is easy to use, just takes a little getting used to. Like no agitator & loading differently. Love it!

Not as expected!

I bought this washer to get away from the old style of my old washer which had a central spoke, and to have more room to wash large, bulky bedspreads. Well, I am thoroughly disappointed at the performance of this washer in general, as the clothes just seem to "jiggle" idly in minimal amount of water, rather than getting "churned" in adequate amount of water as in the old washer. When I programmed the washer to use "deep fill" mode, the bulky items like bedspread would "ball up" and cause the machine to be out of balance, requiring a stop in mid-cycle to correct the issue a couple of time. So, when washing large items, I can't just walk away and need to watch the machine, in order to "rebalance" the load. The bottom line is: newer is not necessarily better!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
