Cleans great but....

I love and hate this machine. It works great and the features are phenomenal but it also drives me nuts. Since it doesn't have the middle bar as most older models do, the clothes and especially sheets/towels constantly bunch up on one side. This cause a loud banging noise and can potentially ruin the machine. I constantly have to run into my laundry room in order to divide and spread the laundry in the machine. If it weren't for this issue, I would give this machine 5 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good washing machine and a good buy for the money. Cleans clothes good but it seems a little noisy. Not too sure if it's supposed to sound the way it does

Failed to spin after 7 months

I bought this in May and it failed to operate in December. Hopefully they will honor the warranty and repair it. I must have bought a lemon.

I bought a washing machine without the center agitator - thinking I'd be able to washer comforters. 75% of the time, the clothing becomes unbalanced during the final spin cycle - causing the whole machine to dance across the floor AND never finish its drain and spin operation. Clothes are left wet and I have to run thru another 10 minute "drain and spin" cycle.
The machine has lots of settings and "features". My washings are fairly simple and I'm coming to the conclusion that the machine may be "too sophisticated". The KISS Principle may apply here; we're making things more complicated ... because we can.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

so far its been all i could hope for in a washer. Great size, washes wonderfully, forward thinking options... deep fill / deep rinse. No complaints here
