Just recently got my machine. I really like the way it works. Really easy to make choices for cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Working on a ranch can offer a variety of stains to clean out of clothes. This washer has done it.

I do not like this product. It is very noisy and the sounds when it is operating are loud and unpleasant.

Need a new washer again

We bought our washer in Sept. 2016. At first we loved it. It looks great, and the features are nice. The only downside was that the drum would spin so hard that the machine would turn sideways. Needless to say, the drum stopped spinning 3 months after we purchased it. Our washer no longer works.

Was told it was a quite series - - -NOT! Always off-balance and extremely loud when spinning. Definitely not recommended. Ended up returning it.

Doesn't wash clothes

I was very satisfied with this washer, until I started smelling my clothes.
We have a 5.5 year old son who had a nighttime accident. I proceeded to wash and dry his clothes, thinking little of it (he's 5.5, this wasn't our first accident). He decided to wear the same clothes the next night, and I noticed sitting next to him that I smelled urine. I had him change, smelled his pants, and sure enough they smelled very strongly of urine. No big deal, I washed them again. When I pulled them out of the dryer, I smelled them again and STILL smelled urine. I washed them yet again using the soak, deep rinse, and deep fill options. I smelled them before putting them in the dryer this time, and they STILL smelled of urine. At this point, I was very frustrated. I had been using Tide Pods for months, but I had some All Free and Clear as well. I put a Tide Pod AND All Free and Clear in the next wash cycle (again, soaking and rinsing them twice). This time, it finally took the smell out... But I got to thinking; are our clothes really being washed?
This was about a month ago, and since then I have tried different scents of Tide pods, All Free and Clear, Seventh Generation, Purex, and all sorts of combinations of each, but our clothes still smell! Yes, it's gross that I routinely smell our underwear, but I want to make sure our clothes are clean, and this washer is not doing that. I have tried letting the clothes soak for 30 minutes in a deep fill cycle, then having an extra rinse and it still doesn't work. I don't know if it's the lack of agitator, or the fact that hardly any water is used (seriously, not even enough to cover the clothes), but something in the design is not allowing it to clean clothes properly. This is extremely concerning considering we are cloth diapering our daughter due next month. If I can't trust the washer to remove urine from a pair of pants after 5 washes, how on earth is it going to clean diapers?

A good washer

Bought this washer about 3 months ago. I like it and it's options, but I do think it could do a better job ... if you have any sort of stain or spot you need to use the stain/soiled option. Otherwise the stain/spot will remain
