I love the glass top so you can see if something gets hung up., quiet and has lots of settings to choose from

Not my favorite washer

I've had this washer for 3-4 months. I didn't realize you had to pause the washer to add laundry (takes about 20 seconds to unlock the lid when you pause). Also, it uses a sensing mechanism to determine the amount of water needed to wash your clothes - in my opinion, it's not enough water. I even use the DEEP FILL option but I'd still like more water in with my clothes. I do like the memory settings, it can remember my options so you just hit start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this washer about 2 months ago and I absolutely LOVE the MY CYCLE....the fact that I can adjust spin time, fill level, water temp, and other item and set it so next time I just have to push the my cycle and it knows my setting is GREAT. The things I don't like about the washer is that it is a bit noisy compare to my old machine and the sound to let you know it is finish is very low and that is on the high sound setting. Overall I would recommend this washer and would buy it again.

It does a good job at washing our clothes. But only after a couple months, I had to use my insurance on the unit because of a faulty water valve. They came and fixed it and it's been fine since.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works great except once on a while the sheet will get caught under the rotator and it's hard to get out
