The Very Best!!

This is by far, the best and most complete washer I have ever owned. Many washing cycles, temp. options, rinsing options. It automatically tells just how much water to load, never over doing it. It's quite and sturdy. A+A+A+A+A+

Not happy with reliability.

Bought month and a half ago. Broke down. Too late to return to store. Tech came and says clutch assembly is busted. Has ordered parts & will return in a week to hopefully repair machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Goes out of balance. Cleans fine.

Goes out of balance every tenth load or so. Means you almost always have to be home when starting a load in the washer. Cleans fine, thought could be a bit better there too.

It totally amazes me that my clothes come out perfectly clean with the small amount of water this washer uses. I also love the fact that it doesn't have an agitator in the middle of the drum. as I can now fit comforters and other big items in the drum. The lid is glass, so you can actually see the operation, and there are so many setting options to choose from. I also have the matching dryer, and I love them both! The only thing I don't like is that the notification sound when a load is done is very low. I'd prefer it to be louder.

Impressive Machine

Replaced a standard top-loader that was 17 years old with this unit and love the way it works. Operates like front loaders I've seen without the pitfalls a front-loader presents.
