Loud but it washes really well

We purchased this washer because it appeared to have high build quality, had a lot of useful functions, looked pretty good, and was priced well.
We were initially disappointed by the loud noise it makes when washing (due to the the reversing motor), but we eventually got used to the noise and stopped worrying about it when we realized how well it washes (AND SPINS) the clothes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too much change!

I bought this washer a couple of months ago and wish I hadn't. I really do not like that the clothes are not submerged in water - at least just enough to get a good flow of water through the fibers both for the wash and especially the rinse. We have sensitive skin and not having a swishy rinse has been a problem for us. Even the "deep" rinse is not enough on its own. I have to run it twice. I truly wish for my old washer back. Or perhaps I need a lesson on how to use the machine to its best advantage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this 2 months ago happy w it so far! The most convenient is that had lot of space in you can wash blankets and laundry togheter! Energy saver !

This GE washing machine just looks like quality. It has many settings, so you can customize your washing to be just the way you like it, for all kinds of fabrics. There is also a self-clean feature, which they recommend that you run about once a month. The display is easy to read and follow. The regular rinse is thorough, but takes much less time. It is higher quality and well-made. I love this washer, and highly recommend it.

This is my second washer exactly like this. The first had the control panel go out only days after it was delivered, so while the latest seems to be working fine, I am hesitant to give it a full 5 stars.
