Huge water saver!

At first I was skeptical about the little amount of water in a wash cycle, but with the glass top I can see that all of the clothes are getting thoroughly washed. The entire wash cycle is also much faster than my old machine which I love.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washer looks nice but you need to watch load size and placement. Get off balance easly.

This washer works very well - however, the cycles are really long. so if you can do smaller loaders you can use quick wash.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing

Definitely not my favorite washer ever. My major complaint is it gets out of balance on the spin cycle a LOT, which is most annoying..clunk, clunk, clunk. Also, it seems no matter what I dial (e.g., sheets, bulky items, etc.) the computer automatically sets the water temp on hot, so I must manually change it to what I prefer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Holds big loads

We purchased a top load washing machine and now I believe a front load washer would be better so there would be less concern with out of balance loads.
