Efficient

This washer does not have an agitator allowing for larger loads and bulky items such as comforters. It has many more settings than our previous washer. The operation is so different that you must read the manual. We love that it uses less water and spins the clothes so well that they dry faster.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ive had this machine for almost six months (after MUCH deliberation) and it works beautifully. Follow the directions--washing machines are different than they used to be! No complaints so far--I can wash much larger loads than my dryer can handle and yes--I do have to stretch to empty it! I'm 5' 2"...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just purchase this washing machine 2 weeks ago it works great. Our clothes are much cleaner than our previous machine. It gives you lots of options on the types of clothes your washing
It even has a stain lifter option which I use frequently because our son always have a new stain on his school uniform. Overall great product. 5 star rating!!

A pretty good machine.

Our old machine died on a Saturday afternoon. We researched a replacement and found this one. It has a compact footprint without sacrificing load size. It is quiet and the automatic settings are very nice and easy to adjust for personal preference. Since it does not have an agitator one might be tempted to overload it. The automatic balancing feature helps prevent this.
One caveat: the automatic balancing feature does not work well with blue jeans. The first load we washed had four pair of jeans and the tub wobbled so much we had to manually re-balance it by experimenting with re-positioning the jeans.

I bought the washer because I needed specific dimensions to be able to fit into a closet with bi-fold doors. I didn't have much options. I think the washer is decent. It looks nice however, I've noticed that some smaller washes don't seem to get really clean. The washer has a sensor and only uses as much water as it needs. It does have a deep fill if you want to add more water though. I don't like that I can't choose the time on the washer because it is all presets. By now you'd think this would be an option... The biggest problem I have with the washer is noise. I was told by the salesman I wouldn't be able to hear it. Well that sold me, ha! It sounds like a plane! Oh well just glad I have something that works. One other side note, if you choose to buy this make sure you load the clothes evenly throughout the barrel it still can be thrown off even without having the center agitator.
