Perfect upgrade

Our old washer stopped agitating. After much comparison shopping we found that this machine has tons of features and plenty of room for whatever our 3 kids and 3 dogs throw at us. First load was a comforter and blanket. Washed beautifully and spun so well that they took no time to dry. Can't wait to get the matching dryer.

I bought GE top load combo washer & drier couple of months ago (since our previous machines were GE and we loved them), was very happy with the drier, being "terrorized" by the washer that was vibrating, shaking, moving and making lots of noise. Two technicians came trying to convince me that all this is normal or clothes was not put properly or machine was not adjusted...... One more observation: washer is lighter than our old top loader. We finally replaced machines with front load washer and drier that works like a charm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great washing machine!

So far this has been a great machine. The features are very nice. Cleans clothes really well. The sound is very different than my last machine but it's not annoying.

Never owned a washer like this. Like the pull out drawer for adding detergent and softener. Once I read the manual and started a wash It really saves water on how much is loaded. So very happy with my purchase.

We brought this to replace a GE Front loader we purchased in 2005 not impressed with old but Love the new one.

Awesome Features!

Replaced a 21yr old washing machine over the weekend. So much has changed in technology, and for the better! Easy to learn how to operate, and lots of room inside! Compliments our GE dryer nicely too; even though they aren't the same "set," nobody would ever know. Price point is excellent. Very pleased also that this is made right here in the USA. I do laundry for a very busy family of four, and our life just got a bit easier!

Problems with "H2O SUPPLY" recurring

Problems with "H2O SUPPLY" recurring problem, even after having part replaced. NOT due to water inflow.

If the Fill light is flashing or H2O SUPPLY is scrolling on the display (2015 and newer models): the washer will initiate a 3 minute lock-out period. The washer controls won't respond or change during this time. After 3 minutes, you can choose your settings and press Start. Unplugging the washer will start the 3 minute lock-out period again.
