The settings are not appropriate for my needs. It runs much longer than my old machine and doesn't even get all the clothes wet. I have to keep returning to machine to reset to get clothes clean. There is not enough agitation to clean either. Some loads have not smelled clean when done. Very sorry I bought this.

Love my washer. I can wash our comphoters w/o going to a laundry mat. I can do bigger loads than my last washer.

Get clothes clean but...

The problem we have with this design is that during the spin cycle if the load is even a slight bit off balance the drum bangs against the side of the cabinet. We have taken to trying to carefully hand adjust the distribution of clothes but it doesn't mitigate this problem, especially if there are heavy items such as jeans in the load. This is extremely annoying.

I bought this in September of 2016. I have had it had it serviced 2 times already. One the lock was messed up so it was replaces. The 2nd time it needed a computer update...... not happy at all.

Disappointed.

We usually prefer GE products and try to purchase them when we need to replace something. However, this GE washer is very disappointing. It gets out of balance a lot and is a little noisy. It has a volume button but I haven't been able to get it loud enough to hear what sound it makes either. It really is a disappointment.
