4 months old and already had 4 technicians over. They replaced the agitator motor, then the transmission. Should have replaced the whole machine. On the upside customer service was very good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this washer seems to be more gentle on my clothes but it's kind of noisy, takes a long time to get going*, and probably has more features than it knows what to do with.
* it has a feature that is supposed to help save water by surveying the load so it does this spin-stop thing for 5 min before it finally starts washing. might save water but wastes time and energy.

It viprate very violently during spinning cycle.

It viprate very violently during spinning cycle some times .. I am very worry that it may snatch the hoses of the wall during the viprent.

So quiet

Very quiet operation. Only problem found was when we washed a heavy cotton blanket with towels; drum wouldn't spin due to the heavy contents. Once I took the blanket out and added some clothes with the towels, the washer worked fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
