I bought this 2 months ago, and overall am very happy with the product. The bulky wash feature, however, does not seem to drain as well as the other cycles and my cotton blankets were still soaked when I removed them. Moves when spinning heavier loads too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love auto sensing water level, cleans clothes better than any washer I've had, love spin cycles to extract extra water for shorter drying time, love bulky item wash as no larger items get rub marks from an agitator. Just can't say enough about how great this one is!

Takes forever to start washing, allways have to push deep fill button, wash cycle is noisy, then it pauses, spin cycle is GREAT!!! It realy sheds the water

I reall like this machine

My old washer finally quit, so I researched and decided on this machine.. This being my first HE machine I was a bit skeptical with reduced water and no traditional agitator. With the first load I was sold, the clothes came out of the machine looking great! I had just received new work uniforms and in the past, one wash in my old machine had them looking worn and each progressive wash more faded. With this machine there is obviously less fading and far less wear. The clothes come out clean as well. FYI my uniform shirts are red! It does take a couple of loads to get used to the noises and interesting things this machine does but I have been nothing but pleased so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!
