I bought because my previous washer broke, This works so much better than the last (which was not a GE).

Clean clothes again!

We had this washer delivered January the 3rd and I love it. Even our 17 yr old son has commented on how much cleaner and fresher our clothes are. The reviews I read all said the machine is loud and it is, but that's ok. I do laundry whenever it's just me at home. Our water bill has dropped $7 /mo since we started using this one. The only thing I dont like and it's not been an issue, it water tends to stay in the detergent dispenser. I just empty it ever so often and it's not alot. I highly recommend this washing machine.

I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a bit on the noisy side, but since most people have a washing room, it isn't a real big issue.

It's so easy to use I just have to adjust the dial for what is in there and it does the rest. Don't even have to decide if it's a small load or large it does that itself so easy to use

great features not so great machine

We bought this about two months ago and had to have it replaced after the third use it would no longer spin and drain. The mavhjne has great features but has trouble with balancing when spinning loads such as sheets and is pretty loud at times. It does do a great job of cleaning.
