To much soap

I like this washer and all it's different cycles but it was hard to find a setting that got out the detergent. I discovered the best way to make sure all detergent was out was to use the extra water cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought my new washer in January and I only have one minor complaint. When I put detergent and fabric softener in the tray, it never seems to use all of it unless I do an extra rinse. I do not put more than I should, in fact I always use less than what is recommended. It is so much faster than my last washer and I AM glad I made the purchase.

We love our new washer and dryer. I can kick out a ton of laundry in a short amount of time which is huge with three dirty boys in the house. Making sure to adjust settings to the load is key to clean clothes along with loading it according to the owner's manual.

It gets off balance & then the entire machine walk

It walks across the floor by at least 1 to 1 1/2 feet across the laundry room. I have NEVER had such a major problem like this with any machine. If a machine gets out of balance, it should stop completely and buzz at you.
