I love the water saving feature vs. my old washer that used 40 gals. per wash. I was intimidated at first with the electronic panel but it didn't take me long to figure out how to use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this product a month ago used it last week after installation. the washer is very good with a large load but with a small load it dose not squeezed the cloths so a lot of water dripping from the cloths so it takes a very long time to dry
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like the fact that it has no center agitator but this washer takes forever to wash a normal load of clothes!

While cycle times vary, the Normal/Colors cycle should take approximately 38 minutes. This total cycle time is without options (ex. Extended Spin). When an extra option is selected, the total wash time will increase. Stain PreTreat adds approximately 15 minutes to the overall cycle time.
If your washer is filling slowly with water, this can also increase the cycle time. If this is the case, please take a look at our following link to review our suggestions:

Poor Design and Lacking Features

Has had problems dispensing soap and fabric softener since day one. The dispenser drawer is cheaply made and flawed.
While this machine has a delicate cycle, it doesn't have a delicate spin.
The manual provided is a joke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
