Overall disappointment

I was under the impression that today's washing machines were supposed to be better than the ones that have agitators. Given the cost of them you'd think so, right?...boy, oh boy, was I wrong! When my clothes come out of the dryer they have faded detergent marks on them. I decided to use less detergent. The jury is still out on that one! In addition, the cycles take soooo much longer, which negates the "energy star" benefit of buying a cost-effective machine. The salesman informed me that today's machines usually last only about 5 years when washing for a family of four-6 people. You mean to tell me that after 5 years I have to purchase a new machine? What????? I want the agitator back! And inside of a stainless steel tub!

I've had it a while and I do like it the only thing the spin cycle can really shake the house and get loud other than that it's good

Big loads!

It's nice to be able to do large loads. However, the machine is very noisy. It seems to twist and turn the clothes so hard they come out in a ball and terribly wrinkled. It has a lot of options which are nice. It's also so deep it's hard for me to reach the bottom.

I do like this washer...like all the options but I'm a bit disappointed when I do a load of darks. It doesn't seem to rinse all of the soap off and it leaves a residue even after clicking the Deep Fill button. Before completely losing faith in it, I'm going to read the instructions to make sure that I'm not doing something wrong!

3/4 of the time the washer gets out of balance, do not buy this washer!
