I bought this machine had it installed. So far its been a good machine. Gets my clothes and kids clothes clean like the easy to use dial.

Lightweight, and I'm not talking about size!

I was so excited to get my new washer/dryer and did a lot of homework before deciding on this set. Nearly all the reviews were positive so I made the purchase. The dryer works fine, but the washer gets off-balance even with a medium load. And when this happens it wants to take a little walk across my basement floor. I can pretty much count on having to go down and pause the cycle and adjust the load. Takes a while to go through this process and it is quite annoying. Also, I'm getting ready to request a SECOND detergent/softener drawer. The first one broke within the first couple of weeks and just yesterday the same exact piece broke on the new drawer. Doesn't seem to be very well made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Energy Efficient

Very energy efficient and saves money- uses less water and detergent; clothes come out of the washer drier than old types of machines utilizing less time in the dryer. Has many different setting options. Very roomy interior without center agitator allowing better cleaning of bulky items such as comforters, pillows, scatter rugs. Love the clear see-through top lid.
