Nice Washer

Although this was a high efficiency washer we didn't give it much thought until we received our first water bill. After a month of using the washer our water usage was noticeably reduced. Needless to say we were very pleased. The washer has worked very well for us to date.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love all the options especially the deep fill and deep fill rinse. the soap dispenser is awesome how the water and soap evenly cover your clothes. Pleasantly surprised by the large capacity of clothing it can handle. Really like the glass lid which gives you the added perk of seeing you clothing actually cleaning. Great washer machine.

I am not very pleased with this purchase. Even though the machine has a cycle for bulky items, I am unable to wash my bathroom rugs together as they throw the balance off on the machine. As a result, I have to wash each one separately. I never had to do this with my old washing machine. I also have trouble with the spin. Most of my clothes come out extremely wrinkled even on the gentle cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't waste your time.

Bought this washer brand new and after literally a month, this washer stopped working, It would start a load as usual by saying "Sensing " scroll across the screen. Then would splash a couple drops of water on the load of laundry, followed by "h20 Supply". Stopping the load of laundry leaving them wet and not washed....... don't waste your money!!!!!!!!!!

My wife is very unhappy with this washer. It is way too noisy, vibrates terribly, and the instructions are not easy to understand. We had a local appliance guy come to our home and he was familiar with this model - so he was no help. We would like a certified GE Washer associate to visit our home.

Happy with the purchase. User friendly: turn the dial to the best choice for load and it gives you an estimated complete time. Cloths come out clean and not too wet. As far as the noise: It's upstairs and doesn't bother me...even when I'm upstairs- no complaints. It sits in a tray so I have no issues with it "walking away". So far, so good. Hope it is durable and will last for years.
