This washer is awesome. Interesting to learn the new tech items available; want more time to wash-can adjust that, even can add more water using controls. It evens adjusts the load if off center-no more running to washer and adjusting the load. For first time could wash king size comforter at home. Spins to get clothes, even jeans, drier before putting in the dryer.

I like the features and how quiet is it, but if you are wanting an "end of cycle" buzzer, bell or chime forget it. The volume is so low on this thing that if you are not right there with it, you won't hear anything.

I bought this washer a couple months ago. I wish I had researched washing machines before I made this purchase. This machine has specific settings to wash on . .you have to pause it before you can open the lid if you need to adjust the load. It does not wash heavier blankets or even medium cotton blankets without having to readjust the load a couple times You can't just rinse and spin a hand washed load. . Every wash cycle is ridiculously long. I absolutely hate this washer. Hoping it breaks soon so I can replace it. Leveling this machine is a joke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Top load without agitator!

I was looking for top load without agitator! Love being able to wash large loads! And without agitator, clothes do not get twisted and tangled!
