Not as good as I expected

When I washed sheets (white) for the 2nd or 3rd time since buying my brand new washer, I noticed that my white sheets were dirtier than they were BEFORE I washed them. The dark marks looked as if they were imbedded by the holes inside the washer. I figured maybe it was a one time thing. I proceeded a week or two later to wash another set of very light color sheets and the same thing happened again. My not-so "dirty" light colored sheets were completely ruined by dark dirty spots that look like they will not come out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After washing you can see dirt still on clothing. Its pretty bad

This washer is too noise

This product looks nice but it is too noise when running. Every time there is a lot of detergent remnant in the clothes for it uses a little water to wash them.

I purchased this unit about two months ago and so far, so good. It's tad noisy but it washes well.

Great machine

This machine does a good job. I gave it a 4 star ratings as it is noisy at the beginning of the cycle but becomes less so as the wash progresses. Also, the tub is so deep that it is difficult getting the bottom clothes out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My longtime appliance sales recommend's GE all the time. He is usually spot on with his many recommendations. This washer replaced the previous one. I would get rid of it if I could. It is so noisy in the house. We most of the time can't hear anything else because of it.

Agitator vs. Belt Driven Washing Machines

I purchased the washer/dryer combo, but am not happy with my GE purchase. I wish I would have researched more on the belt driven machine vs. agitator models. This doesn't seem to get the clothes clean like an agitator and the noise is really loud. It has taken me a long time to get used to the noise. Additionally, it is always getting off balance with large loads or towels.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
