Doesn't handle bulky loads like my previous GE profile washer. It is noisy too.

I'm 5'1" & I can reach inside to the bottom of the drum- couldn't in others. Deep fill option nice. Load clothes per instructions. Like a donut. Works like a charm. Best washer I have ever owned!!!!

Rinse cycle not very good

Bought this one month ago. Was leaving a white residue on the dark clothes. Was not rinsing properly. The normal rinse cycle is a spray rinse which lasts about 1 minute and 10 seconds - water sprays in while the clothes are spinning. This does not get the soap out! The only way I could avoid this happening is to use the deep rinse every time I wash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice washer with precise digital commands. Uses so much less water than my previous washer did. Very good looking also.

love this washer other than it does take a while to balance itself once it becomes unbalanced. other than that its awesome, love the delay wash feauture and auto soak!

We just bought this and Love it ! Love that it doesn't take much water to wash and have clean clothes. It's small on outside and large enough tub to finally wash a comforter in. lol
