Bought this a month ago. Works perfect, however it is a little more noisy then my last Washer, other then that it seems like a good investment

This washer is much improved over older models. We had to get used to making sure that the load was balanced before the spin cycle or the washer would really trash about due to imbalance - hint - don't mix towels with sheets . . . .

I love the deep barrel with no agitator. I have no problem washing bulky items. The washer also balances itself out when it gets off balance when spinning. It just slows down and slings to balance out the clothing. I love that feature. It also has a stain removal feature I love where you can choose the stain type. You can also presoak items and sanitize them. I'm so very pleased with my new washer. I don't know how I survived without it.
