Very noisy machine

Machine was purchased March 2017. It replaced a GE Harmony Profile machine purchased in 2003. The new machine is so noisy that the door to the utility room has to be closed to be able to have a normal conversation in the adjoining kitchen. The cycle times are longer than the old machine. It does have an extra rinse cycle and a deep fill that the older machine did not have. It becomes easily unbalanced when washing two sheets and pillow cases even though they are loaded around the outside of the tub as suggested in the instructions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water pump failed less than 90 days after installation. Replaced under warranty. Machine is quiet, uses little enough water that it is questionable, however clothes so far appear to be clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Features and Ease of use

Liking this so far after a couple of months of use. The pre-programmed wash cycles makes it very easy to use. Significantly better cleaning than what we were seeing with our front load washer this replaced. The only knock is that it is a tad loud.
