IT'S A LITTLE LOUD BUT I LOVE IT ANYWAY! SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE FRONT LOAD WASHERS AND IT DOESN'T MAKE YOUR CLOTHES STINK.

I purchased this washer, looks nice even washes great... PROBLEM is when this thing is spinning out you would think someone was throwing bowling balls thru the walls!! Noisiest washers I've ever owned!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great buy!

I bought this a month ago, and am very pleased with it's performance. I notice that it uses half the water but takes twice as long for a wash cycle. I just need to get used to that. It replaced a washer I'd had for 24 years.

We purchased both this washer and dryer when our previous washer was no longer working. Even though we have only had it for 2 weeks, we have washed and dried a variety of items and are very pleased with the quality. This product allows you to have a modern appliance that is efficient and energy- saving, yet it doesn't require you to empty out your savings account to purchase! Also, we placed an importance on our home's future resale value and searched for and found a medium grade appliance that potential buyers would be impressed with, and would later be everything they too needed in a washer and dryer! This was a great buy and a worthy investment into our home!

Very good features, should ship with a longer drain hose. Spin cycle must be watched for out of balance condition, load your wash carefully.

Loving it so far!

This seems to be a great product for a good price. I have had it about 20 hours now and had piles of laundry awaiting the new machine after our old washer failed. I did three-quarters of all of my piled up laundry in two loads! This tub is so deep that I struggle to reach the bottom of it! I may look sort'a silly unloading the washer but I love it! It has so many options and has the capability to allow you to set custom cycles with the settings. The lid is only locked at certain times during the cycle, and I like that. The sock you found on the stairs can be thrown right on in. The noises it makes are a totally different animal from the 'old' agitator washers but it isn't any more or less loud. I love the twinkle sounds it makes when it powers up and down and when the load finishes--there's also a volume control but even on the loudest it isn't jarring and it doesn't last long. Since this new type of 'sensing' the load and using less water is new to me, I am so happy this washer has a glass lid (no slam option on the lid, too) so that I can be satisfied in knowing just what is going "in there." You have the option to add more water with the push of a button or to set it to totally fill when you start the load initially. This morning our little one came into the bed with us not feeling well and...the ultimate early morning horror ensued BUT, what used to take two loads in my old machine was easily done in one load in this Big Bertha of a machine. I've already named her Genie. :) There is also an extra rinse option, a warm rinse option (which I've ALWAYS loved on my machines) and--the primary reason I chose this machine--a delay wash feature. I would love to start my machine at night and bounce out of bed to throw the load of clothes in the dryer the next morning. We, however, have well water and the clothes would likely sour overnight except in the very coldest of temps. I can now load my machine at night, set it to wash in the morning and wake up to put the clothes into the dryer as soon as I get out of bed. YAY!
If issues develop in future I will update this review...for now I am giving it a solid five stars.
