We bought this a few months ago and seems to be working fine. Be careful of teenage daughters though, they like to overload it.

Love the washer!

I love the features this machine offers. The see through lid allows me to check on the load without stopping the machine. The low level water saves us money and the clothes get cleaner than our old machine. I love the 'my setting' option that allows me to pre-set the machine that allows my children to wash without me worrying the pick the wrong setting for their loads. So happy with my new washer. Best birthday present - ever.

We bought this washer because our daughter bought the same unit recently and we had to use hers when ours broke. Very easy to operate with easy to follow instructions for all different types of clothing.

Purchased this washer a few weeks ago based on reviews. It does make strange noises but you get used to them. Not as noisy as some reviews made it out to be. Does a phenomenal job cleaning clothes in no time at all. Only wish the alarm for cycle finished was louder.

The perfect amount of controls and a quality wash

I was hesitant about buying a top loader without a large agitator. But the clothes come out as clean as any other washing machine I have owned. It is a great product, and it really reduces the water and energy consumption. Best of all it makes a happy sound when the cycle is complete, instead of an annoying buzzer.

Bought and delivered in early May. Have had service tech out twice. first time for unbalanced loads during washing or spinning. Second time for lack of water filling into tub along with unbalanced load. Hopefully problem is resolved. This washer has one flaw, it does not stop if load becomes unbalanced.

I bought this washer today, but I did not like the fact that the display screen is tiny. Also every time there is an error message it goes into a 4-minute locking period which is frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
