Great features and easy to work

The only thing I found wrong with this washer was the short drain hose that came with it. The drain hose is too short and does not have a hook on the end of it. I had to buy a longer hose with a hook. I would think that a machine of this quality would have a much better hose.

Efficient and Quiet

I was on the fence about getting one of these washers, however, I am extremely happy with my purchase. For the price, this is a really good deal. I was able to wash King size sheets no problem, and it really got out the pet smell and fur. I love the auto off feature. I also like that it gives you an estimated time at the start of the cycle, even if the time goes down because of the size of the load. My only issue is having to stop the cycle to put in clothes that I have forgotten. Because it auto-locks, you have to wait for it to stop spinning completely before you add anything.

So far so good after one month. Does use less water than I expected but cleans great. Probably saving a lot on my water bill.

We bought this machine when our old machine broke, it looks good on outside, but the internal parts are plastic and junk, we had 4 break downs and each time it has taken more then 3 weeks waiting on parts, run from this machine or you might be next victim.

Efficient washer. What more could I ask for?

I bought this exact same model in April 2017 for my home in New York - just a week before I put that home up for sale. The house sold immediately but unfortunately I was required to leave behind the new GE washer and dryer for the new buyer. So when I moved into my new home in Florida the first thing I did was to purchase the exact same GE Energy Star washer and dryer models for my new home.
