GREAT WASHER OVERALL, EXCEPT...

...IT SOMETIMES DOES NOT BALANCE THE WASH LOAD AND WILL BANG LOUDLY AND TRAVEL. WE ARE LEARNING TO SPREAD THE LOAD INSTEAD OF DROPPING IT ALL IN.

We just got this and it is awesome! Quick clean and lots of features. With lots of features you may think it would be complicated, well not with this washer. Love it.

Bought few months ago & still unhappy. Machine vibrates terribly no matter how loaded or amount of wash. Drum so deep , if your under 5'3" you will need a step stool to reach the bottom to remove clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

love my washer

I purchased this washer on july 1, 2017. When I began shopping for a washer, I was really surprized to learn that washers like the one I had were no longer made.It was the kind with the big dasher In the tub. I have no complaints about my new washer. It does not make noise like my old washer and uses less water, detergent, and fabric softner. I like that. My clothes come out clean, are soft, and smell great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
