I have just sent a top of the line expensive competitor washer to the dump. I was determined that I was going to purchase a reliable washer that I could get local service if needed. I read all these reviews and almost did not purchase...so glad I did. I do so little washing anymore as this holds tons of clothes. I simply took time to read the manual and followed the directions...yes, the sound for the end of cycle is very hard to hear, but this washing machine does what it reads and the loads are finished on time and very fast and very clean...the noise with vibrations that others complain of are non exist...and if you take time to read the manual you will be given hints on the WRONG cycles to use for this to occur.....you'll be glad you purchased this model...just read the manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Out with the old and in with the new. Love the sleek design, wash options, quiet operation, efficientness of this washer. Our 17 year old washer used so much more water, and drying time significantly less! Great being able to purchase an appliance that is made in America!

I chose this washer because of the deep fill option. The clothes come out very clean. My previous washer hardly used any water and the clothes were never clean. The only problem I have is that when it spins it shakes all over, don't feel that this should be a normal function.
