Over-engineered - not in a good way

Had this machine for less than a week, and have done two loads of wash when it just stopped worked. Seems frozen on a particular cycle, but impossible to get the machine to work after pressing start. Unplugged and attempted multiple resets, but no, it really just won't work. Electronics too clever for its own good. If you don't want to spend hours troubleshooting something that should really just work, then take a miss on this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this washer two months ago and it shakes loudly when it is spinning and it also leaves spots on the clothing.

GE WASHER-TOP LOAD

still learning how to use the machine, not as user friendly as my front loader was. it does do a good job, but I think it uses too much water, especially when I put fabric softener in.

Love the flexibility!

We have had this washer for a few months now, and I love how flexible it is. You can program different soaks, washes, temps, fills, etc. It holds a TON too! The one thing I have noticed is that is does seem to leave more lint on the clothes with certain fabrics than my old washer did.
I would recommend this to a friend!
