My favorite appliance I own!

NO REGRETS!!! Simple to use, cleans everything perfectly. I can finally wash my queen size comforter that is rather puffy with room for more to add into the machine. If you are scared to get a machine without the old style agitator, don't be!! It's a wonderful upgrade. Something I didn't read anywhere or expect, is that everything I wash is sooooo soft. I believe it's because it really gets all the laundry soap out and doesn't beat your materials up in the process. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! BTW, the salesman at HD told me that he is a repairman also and that he finds the GE washing machines have the least issues. Some other brands are he sees a lot of problems with the latest technology.

Poorly Made Tub and Suspensions

I would have easily give this unit 5 stars; however, the tub is so loose that when it spins it hits the inside of the washer causing loud bumping noises. It gets so bad that the force will actually cause my unit to move and turn sideways. THIS IS SUCH A MAJOR INCONVENIENCE!!! After almost every wash, I have to go into my basement and move my washer back into its original position. I am so disappointed in my purchase. I thought I was purchasing quality. WHAT A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!! The only solution I was given is to add different articles of various weights and sizes into the washer to help balance it out because this is a know issue with this washer (i.e. I can not wash all jeans or all sheets or blankets only). GE...IS THIS THE ONLY SOLUTION YOU HAVE FOR ME? I now wish that I would have never purchased your unit. I stuck with this washer and no resolution. I would like a replacement with another unit...ON THE HOUSE. I should not have to suffer long-term with a model that clearly has a design flaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So easy to use

Washer is simple to use. Clothes do not need to go through another cycle because there is still soap

Good washer for the price. 3 months in, no issues. Clear glass on top is cool, but sometimes worried that something could be dropped on it and break or crack it.

I was a bit concerned about losing an agitator, but the machine works wonderfully. It's a bit loud at times on bulky loads.

Not ready for prime Time

This is a premium model with many smart features. However its performance is troubled because of software glitches.. Not ready for prime time yet.
