I love it!

BUT... I would rate the machine 5 stars if one of the plastic parts (soap dispenser siphon) had not broken after only 18 loads. I really like the see-through lid and the gentle agitation action.

I purchased this washer about 2 months ago and so far, so good. I especially like the Deep Fill option. It works well for washing comforters and other larger items.

I have been frustrated with the continual trouble with the spin cycle whether its washing or draining.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
