Bought a competitor product that offered an amazing warranty only to have to request a refund after three epic fails-warranty or no warranty it was not worth the time. Returned to a household name from a historical stand point. It lives up to its reputation.

I love this washer! I've had it for 2 months and can't imagine being without it. I especially love the stainless tub. Everything comes out clean and fresh.

quiet running lots of cycles to figure out

I just purchased few weeks ago, like that I have a choice of different cycles. Runs very quiet, did have some problem figuring out different cycles, but learning. Only issue is it doen't spin the clothes as dry as I thought it would, takes longer for them to dry. Maybe I haven't figured out all the cycles yet !!!!!

have had for 2 months, wash cycle makes groaning noises, spin cycle makes noises like something is loose. No just "rinse" cycle

Have had this washer now for 4 months or so and have been very happy with it. I like the option of being able to control the water level manually which is good for soaking etc. Would give it 5 * but it is a little noisy but not terribly so.
