Cleaning not that good

Clothes do not wnd up clean very well. Need additional rinse (more water usage). This is used with he detergent at correct amount per detergent manufacturer instructions. This model does not have auto detergent dispenser, which they should put on all model, instead of confusing everyone when buying the appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just received this new set yesterday and I’m in love with them!!! Love the features, and with a family aid five it fits for what I need to get done with laundry! If it continues to work as well as it has, it was money well spent!

I bought this when I needed a new dryer. SAme detergent, but clothes look much brighter!

Only had it a day so far but did several loads and it works nicely. The drum is huge and DEEP (not recommended for shorter users without a stool) yet the whole machine is normal size. It counts down the load with a timer, allowing better time management for the user. The spin is amazing how much water it removes; after a damp dry to remove wrinkles, items were dry in about an hour. The windowed lid is nice to see the load is balanced plus it solves the mystery of how a machine washes. The only disappointment I have to date, is the washer is loud, glad I have a door to my laundry room. I like my new washing machine-hope it works for many years to come!

Bought this washer to replace another brand that was only 5 years old. So nice to have a washer that works very well and removes stains.

GOOD WASHER FOR THE MONEY

I like the washer better than my front loader. I feel it cleans the clothes better. I do have 2 comments - 1. the ringer needs to be louder. 2. the spin cycle could be a bit better. Maybe I am spoiled from the spin cycle on the front loader getting the clothes dryer. There is an extra spin cycle but it adds spritz of water - not sure why. It is much quieter than I expected. Overall I am pleased.
