Takes getting used to

I have had this product for a month now and I am still in the process of learning all the features and debating whether I woudl recommend it to a friend. Have to get used to the new high tech of this machine.

Not what I expected

We bought this because it was reasonably priced, had good reviews, and it had a large capacity with a "quick wash" setting. I had a GE washer once before (years ago) and it was good. However, with this one, the clothes don't get as clean as with a traditional washer with an agitator, and for kitchen towels, I've had to wash them twice get them clean. Each cycle needs to be set to "deep fill" for the clothes to move in the water. (So much for being energy efficient.) Blankets and towels seem to just sit in the water soaking.
Worst of all, after one month of normal use, it is broken! A new "board" (computer) and lid (won't lock to allow function) need to be ordered. Our family of 5 will be 2+ weeks without a washer. Not happy with the purchase overall as it is new and should not have such major issues I feel like I should have bought another brand...Hoping the dryer doesn't disappoint.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have to watch the heavy loads, they become tangled and off balance. Have to reposition load for spinning

Great features and design

I just purchased this washer and set it up last night. I am on my 3rd wash. I have done a whites load, a bulky load, and a normal load. So far I have found that if you keep your users guide by your side, read as you go and follow the directions that this washer does a great job. This is my first top load washer with no agitator so it is a learning curve.
However, I totally disagree with those who say it badly wrinkles your clothing and becomes unbalanced. You must learn how to use this and what to set it at for different types of loads. I had very little wrinkling. I had none of my clothes become tangled. I did put a comforter in and some blankets and did have a problem with the washer starting to "walk across the floor." However, when I removed some of the load and did a drain and spin I was fine. I don't think it takes any more time that my other washers...unless I add the extra rinse. So far so good here.

I know many people spend a few thousand on their setup but didn’t think that was necessary for clean clothes. This washer is legit plain and simple. It’s quiet, efficient, and best of all the cute sounds it makes tickles my heart every time I use it. I would buy this washer again and again and again... it’s that good!

Just bought this washer. Not impressed. If you don't sit there and hit "deep fill" all of the time, half the clothes are dry do not get washed. So far, I do not recommend this washer.

I wanted an upgrade from my old washing machine with an agitator, this is the best purchase I've made! I love all the features and the beautiful design. I can fit my king size quilt in it with no problem. Love it!
