This machine seems to get off balance. Maybe I'm not good at loading it yet? Also seems deceptively large in capacity but need to limit loads to get a good cleaning....again, maybe still getting used to how it works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

been using for about 2 months now. so far this is a great machine. love the features , clothes come out cleaner than my old machine that had an agitator.
saves on water, clothes seem to come out drier after the spin cycle, cuts down
on drier time. always liked ge products glad i went back.

My clothes don't seem to be coming out clean. We are buying the detergent we were told to and no matter how small or large we make the load it seems to be the same. I'v tried to use the sprinkle in freshness pellets to hep with smells but they are still stuck to the clothes when I take them out, and I only used a small amount.
The service tech said we should try to arrange the clothes to lay against the sides of the tub? It didn't seem to help. Any thoughts?

I got this a month ago and I LOVE IT! It washes well and I like the many different cycles even though I haven't used them all. I like it doesn't have the full agitator and my clothes still get cleaned.
