I just recently bought this and I'm in love. It is a great upgrade to what i previously had. I like all the different settings.

Large Capacity is an understatement

I bought this washer a few weeks ago and I have had no problems with it. When I put is a size load I would put in my old washer this washer still looks pretty empty! The washer did not have any problems washing my giant dog bed either.
I also love that you can lock the controls. I have a 3 year old that likes to watch the washer work. But he is faster than me and likes to turn the knob. (He stands on a stool.) With the control lock I don't have to worry about him changing the settings mid wash.
My only negative is the end of cycle alarm at its loudest is way too quiet for me to hear unless I am within a few feet of the laundry room.
Overall I have been very happy with this washer.

Washer uses minimal use of water. Clothes left quite clean and somewhat dry.

Great Quality and Appearance

I chose this washer because I liked the color and the glass top,which should not rust like previous washers have done. It has more features than I was seeking but I have enjoyed trying them out. I also like that I can customize the features to meet my needs. The tub is huge and can fit a lot of clothes or bulky items. My only complaint is that for some reason, a residue - soap? - is left on some of our clothes, usually dark pants, so I have to run them through the rinse cycle again. I don't know if this is due to the automatic soap dispenser or the fact that it senses how much water to add, and doesn't use enough water to rinse properly. This is not a huge problem to me and wouldn't keep me from recommending the washer.

I just had this delivered yesterday 2/5/18. I washed about 3 loads thus far and I love it. Can't believe how spacious it is. I previously had a front loader. HATED IT!
