We purchased this washer from a local family owned appliance store. I trusted their knowledge on our purchase Sales person told us that this washer worked different from our basic unit, which lasted about 5 yrs.
Overall this washer is alright .In the future we will buy a more basic one that seems to wash a little better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
