Noisy

Have had this washer for about 8 weeks now. It's noisy and every now and again, it sounds like metal on metal. Happy that we purchased an extended warranty, we just might need it!!!

Draining Issues after 1.5 years

We had this just over a year and a half and we are now having draining issues. Not sure if its the pump or pressure sensor tube because I will drain the water myself then it works 1 time and then stops draining again the next load. very frustrating. I also notice that dirt and grim builds up in the basket like I have never seen in any washer before. Maybe its because the low water usage? not really sure. but our old washer never left dirt or grime spots.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleaner clothes with this one !!!

I had a machine that did not even soak the sheets after washing, parts of them
weren't even wet !! This machine gets clothes very clean with plenty of water always cycling through...one of the best features of washers on the market.

We were looking to replace our 10 year old washing machine and after researching all the brands available decided on this GE Model based on the features. We have had the machine for 2 months and couldn't be happier with our decision.
