We like it because it can take large loads... it can be hard to reach if you’re a small person. Because it’s very deep, but we like it

Happy, clean, big. Wire to hold intake faucet valve was annoying. Had to use my own.

Washing is so simple now

I love the wash cycle features. I can have extra fill, extra spin, and a sanitizer cycle.
I don't have to take some of my bulky or heavy items to the laundromat anymore.

We purchased this about 6 months ago and the washer is constantly off balance. I thought my wife was loading it wrong but then I took over the laundry for a week and it continued to occur. We have the rubber feet leveled. It's in our tiled laundry room. Will probably have to get a rubber mat to go between the feet and tile. I'm worried it's going to bust the tile it shakes so violently before going into "SENSING" mode. I would not purchase this washer again and instead purchase the one with the agitator. It's a shame because I thought the price was decent and it looks great with the glass top.

My clothes end up looking dirtier after the wash cycle then before they went in. I liked to hang my pants to dry but I am forced to dry them in dryer due to a residue that is all over them. I have tried different detergents. My only guess is that this residue/particles is clothing lint that doesnt get cycled out and ends up embedded in the clothing

Don't believe the bad reviews. Cloths don't twist any more than my old machine. It doesn't take any more time to complete the wash cycle. The spin cycle is quite loud and fast. Follow the instructions and balance the load and there will be no problems. If you think that more water is needed, more can be added to the machine
