Flawed Product Design and Testing Methods

I bought about 2 months ago. It is quiet and cleans well. However, I do have an unresolved issue due to a flawed design and product testing methods. Powdered HE detergent does not completely dissolve, leaving large clumps of gooey detergent in the dispenser. The manual claims you can use powdered HE detergent, yet it is evident that you cannot! It washes fine with liquid detergent, but the product must have never been adequately tested to monitor water flow through the dispenser. It is a minor issue, but it makes me wonder if they missed any other issues because the product was not properly tested for average household use. I suggest waiting for next year's model to see if they improve the design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m so glad that I had problems with my dryer. We decided to go ahead and replace both machines so we would have a matching set. I love this machine more than my front load washer. I love the stain guide setting also.
