It's noisy, gets off balance easily & shakes a lot. Other than that, so far it's ok.

I bought this wash about a month ago. and love it!!! It washes fast and clean. Love all the different settings.

the dispensing of the softner is very frustrating.

the softner dispensing is almost useless. more often than not as i pour the softner into the dispenser it immediately empties itself into the washer before the washer is even on. it takes so little softner that it really makes no difference to my clothes and washed items, they are same with or without the softner. oter than that it is an ok machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
