This is the first brand new washer/dryer set I've ever bought. I read reviews, did research and decided on this set. Many of the reviews said it was loud but I thought I'd give it a try. Boy, they are right! It's much louder than I anticipated. It works well and clothes are clean though so, overall it's o.k. I'm less than impressed with the dryer, it doesn't seem to dry as well as I imagined.

I bought this product because I liked the size as a top loader as well as it has the DEEP FILL option however the only issue is it does not allow you to select that option if another option such as DEEP RINSE is selected. I don't like that, other than that this product runs great and I love my new washer and dryer :)

I like the washer, and it has many nice features, but it seems unnecessarily complicated at times - won't allow "deep fill" on certain load options. Agitator basket seems to have a lot of "give" and rocks wildly if load becomes unbalanced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quick Cycle is anywhere from 19-23 minutes, based on options chosen for the load. That's super fast! I once had a washer where the quick load was 45 minutes. I have a sleeping baby within 25 feet of this machine, and it's running doesn't effect her at all. It doesn't rock, can be opened with a pause button, and even has a stain guide programmed into it! LOVE THIS MACHINE! (Read lots of reviews before I purchased, and I'm glad I did!). Very happy!

I love this washing machine! It has a very sleek style and does exactly what its supposed to. Relatively quiet compared to my last washing machine and I love the design and wash options.
